Good afternoon Ken,
Just wanted to say thank you again. I’m pretty much moved in and loving every minute of my new house. I appreciated your professional and prepared approach as it made me very comfortable throughout the process. Not sure when my Sister will start looking, but expect a phone call!
Take care Ken and I’ll talk to you soon.

“Working with Ken was one of the best experiences I have had to date with a Realtor. I am sad to say that I went thru 2 other Realtors before I got to Ken. He listened to what my needs were and he also paid attention to my personality. After 2 conversations he put a plan together to sell my house and then executed that plan. My house was sold in less than 3 weeks. He listed my home at a bad time of the year but worked hard and got my home sold. He actually worked hard to get feedback from other agents who showed my home whereas my other 2 always said they weren't getting calls back. Amazing that Ken did not have that issue. I believe that is what helped sell my home quickly!
I wish he could teach other Realtors how to effectively work with a client and listen to them. To me that is 80% of the battle between the listing agent and the homeowner.
I have sold/purchased multiple homes and I will only use Ken moving forward.”

Ken Groh was our realtor when we bought our first house in Texas and when we sold it many years later. In both instances, he was an extremely diligent advocate for our needs, helping us overcome potential obstacles and piloting us through the process very expeditiously and successfully. As a result of Ken’s skillfulness in dealing with multiple bidders, we sold our house for way more than we had initially anticipated. We’re grateful for all of Ken’s hard work and patience.

It is with great pleasure that I take this opportunity to write this congratulatory letter to you. I, along with the Board Of Directors at Consolidated Personnel wish to extend our heartfelt congratulations for you continued professionalism as a CPC employee.
All too often in today’s society all we hear is negative communication through the press, media and even our close associates. So it is with great satisfaction that I heard you you not only acted as a model employee but more importantly displayed qualities and actions of a decent human being.
I recently received a letter of appreciation on your behalf for the help you gave two women at the Marriott Fairfield Hotel in Tulsa. For you to take the time to get involved to help two ladies in distress was certainly gallant and unusual today. I admire and commend your actions.
In addition I would like to thank you for the job you are doing for CPC. I know when you decided to come on the CPC team that we were very fortunate to acquire you as a Manger.
As recognition for your outstanding conduct, The President’s award is enclosed with this letter. Thank you; it is indeed a pleasure having you on the CPC team I wish you many more good and healthy years in your career with Consolidated Personnel Corp.

To Whom It May Concern,
Ken Groh was an employee of American Driver Service (ADS) for approximately eighteen years. He held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ADS, as well as President of Coastal Carolina Carriers and Vice President of KGS Systems, all companies under my ownership.
Ken was an executive with a high degree of professionalism. He was diligent, hardworking and an excellent communicator. Above all he provided superior customer service. His attention to detail and follow up with the customer set him apart from most people. Ken understood that the success of our business depended upon how well he understood our customer’s business. He headed the team which which focused on knowing our customers operations, business needs and objectives.
In 1987 I made the decision to downsize ADS. If not for this decision I would hire Ken back. I would recommend Ken Groh to anyone who requires an executive of this quality.

Hi Ken & Happy Easter!!
I don’t write these very often but we really appreciate the level of service you provided us and we highly recommend you, Ken Groh, at JP& Associates Realtor!
Ken, you provided helpful information and explained the process in a way that definitely showed your expertise in real estate. You were responsive and dedicated in providing superior customer service and very patient with us in in the purchase of our new home. You provided all the necessary and prudent information to us to help make the right offer on our new home.
When it came time to sale our home your knowledge of the market got us full listing price for our home. You by far exceeded our expectations by securing an offer the first weekend it was listed by selling it during the open house.
Ken, thank you for your excellent advice and answering our every question. I really appreciate the time you gave to review all documents and, in the process, helped us make informed decisions. You deserve the highest praise. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to you Ken!
